1. Nature of the Service

Ascension.ai provides access to a systematic, rule-based trading strategy made available through third-party broker infrastructure. Ascension.ai acts solely as a strategy provider.

Ascension.ai does not:

  • Manage client accounts
  • Hold, receive, or control client funds
  • Have login access to client accounts
  • Provide discretionary portfolio management
All funds are held in regulated brokerage accounts under the client’s own name. Clients retain full ownership and control at all times.

2. No Investment Advice

Nothing provided by Ascension.ai constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.

The strategy operates according to predefined rules without discretionary input. Clients are solely responsible for determining whether participation is suitable for their circumstances.

3. Execution & Third-Party Platforms

Strategy execution occurs entirely within the client’s brokerage account using broker-provided copy or signal technology.

Ascension.ai is not responsible for:

  • Broker outages or platform errors
  • Execution delays, slippage, or pricing differences
  • Variations in results between accounts
Performance may vary due to broker conditions, latency, account configuration, or market factors.

4. Risk Disclosure

Trading financial instruments involves a high degree of risk and may result in the loss of capital. Past performance is historical and provided for transparency only. The strategy includes predefined risk controls, including a maximum equity drawdown threshold of approximately 30%, intended to limit downside exposure during adverse market conditions. Clients acknowledge and accept all risks associated with participation.

5. Performance Information

Any performance data:

  • Reflects historical system behaviour
  • Is not a forecast or promise of returns
  • May differ across accounts due to execution and account variables
Independent performance tracking may be provided where stated

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Maintaining their brokerage account
  • Ensuring adequate margin and capital
  • Selecting appropriate risk or allocation settings
  • Monitoring their account activity
  • Complying with broker terms and applicable laws
Ascension.ai does not monitor or intervene in individual client accounts.

7. Fees & Profit Sharing (If Applicable)

Any access fees or performance-based profit sharing are administered through broker or platform mechanisms where applicable. Ascension.ai does not withdraw funds directly from client accounts. Clients are responsible for any tax obligations.

8. Intellectual Property

All strategy logic, system design, branding, and materials are the intellectual property of Ascension.ai. Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable right to access the strategy.

Any attempt to copy, replicate, reverse engineer, redistribute, or otherwise misuse the strategy or its underlying logic is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Ascension.ai shall not be liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or technical failures beyond its control. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Termination

Ascension.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the strategy at its discretion, including (but not limited to) situations where a client attempts to:

  • Copy, replicate, or extract the strategy logic
  • Redistribute access to third parties
  • Circumvent platform or broker controls
  • Misuse the system in a manner inconsistent with these Terms
Termination does not affect client ownership or control of funds held with their broker.

11. Acceptance

By requesting access to or connecting to the Ascension.ai strategy, clients confirm they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
